OUR IMPACT

Since 2007, TALT has committed to conserving working lands of Texas. More than a decade later, we’ve helped slow the loss and fragmentation of working lands across the Lone Star State.

TALT’s conservation easements protect lots of open space. But we don’t measure our success merely by acres. We also value diversity in the land we protect. Our conservation footprint spans far and wide. In fact, we hold easements in eight of the ten ecoregions across the state. Each of our conservation easements are unique, and work to not only protect acres of land, but family legacies, too. Our work also supports rural communities, areas of our state that rely on agriculture and working lands for thriving economies.
