Forever Texas Fund®

The Forever Texas Fund is a permanent endowment held by the Texas Agricultural Land Trust Foundation that provides long-term support for TALT’s mission to conserve Texas’s working lands, wildlife habitats, and natural resources. It is designed not just to sustain this conservation legacy today, but to ensure that future generations inherit a Texas where working lands remain working.

Gifts to the Forever Texas Fund—whether given today or through estate plans—become part of something enduring. They strengthen the conservation of private lands across Texas and help ensure that landowners have options to keep their land productive and protected forever.

While all contributions are meaningful, the Forever Texas Campaign focuses on leadership gifts of $5,000 or more and planned gifts, through your will or estate, that reflect a long-term commitment to Texas land and legacy. These investments build the foundation that allows conservation to continue across generations.

The Forever Texas Society

The Forever Texas Society recognizes individuals and families who have made a commitment to the future of Texas land through a planned gift, conservation easement, or significant gift to the Forever Texas Fund. As a Society Member your legacy lives on in conserved acres, protected water resources, and the continuation of a way of life that defines Texas.

The Forever Texas Fund is a permanently restricted endowment, administered by the Texas Agricultural Land Trust Foundation (a 501c3 nonprofit corporation) whereby investment income will support the annual operating needs of the Texas Agricultural Land Trust.
